Selling a business is a significant milestone, which is why we have designed a transparent, three-step investment process that prioritizes efficiency, simplicity, and a seamless transition

It starts with a conversation. We listen to your goals, discuss timelines, and determine if there’s a strategic fit between your business and our investment thesis. This stage is always confidential, informal, and without obligation.

Once aligned, we complete a high-level review of your financials, operations, and market position to develop a fair, data-driven valuation. We then issue a Letter of Intent outlining price, terms, and expectations.

Our diligence process is efficient and collaborative. We focus confirming key assumptions, preserving continuity for employees and clients, and setting up a smooth transition plan. Most transactions close within 30 to 90 days, depending on complexity and structure.
